If the customer does not receive the digital files as described after completing the purchase, they must contact BuJaa BEATS within 10 calendar days of the transaction at info@bujaabeats.com.

We will provide full support and work with the customer to resolve the issue promptly.

In the event that BuJaa BEATS is unable to successfully deliver the purchased files or fix the issue, a full refund will be issued, and the associated license will be cancelled.
⚠️ Important Note:
Refunds are only applicable in cases where the files have not been delivered or are faulty, and the issue cannot be resolved. Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final once the files are successfully delivered.

All beats and products purchased from www.bujaabeats.com are delivered digitally and automatically via email immediately after payment is confirmed.
